Delivery Policy

All items are handmade in the UK. It may take us 2-4 working days to make your item - every item is created to order by us.

Postage costs for Mainland UK via Royal Mail start from just £1.25 for 2nd Class, we also send by 1st class and Tracked.

We process orders on working days which are Monday to Friday.

First Class Post - Delivery is estimated by Royal Mail to be around 2-4 working days once the item has been processed. (Excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Second Class Post - Delivery is estimated by Royal Mail to be around 3-6 working days once the item has been processed. (Excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Should a delivery not arrive within 10 days from date of order please do not hestitate to drop us a friendly message with your Order number & Date of Order.
